摘要
本试验合成 2 ( 2 喹啉偶氮 ) 1,5 苯二酚 ,并研究了其与锌的显色反应 ,在pH =6 .0HAc NaAc缓冲介质中 ,溴化十六烷基三甲基铵 (CTMAB)存在下 ,锌与QADHB形成 1∶2的稳定配合物 ,最大吸波长为 5 5 0nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε为 4.96× 10 4L .mol- 1 .cm- 1 。锌含量在 0~ 2 0 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定理。方法用于测定水样中微量锌 ,结果满意。
Quinolinylazo) 1,5 dihydroxyibenzene(QADHB) was synthesized and its color reaction with zinc(Ⅱ) was studied. Experimental results showed that the complex with the molar ratio of 1∶2 was formed in the presence of a pH=6.0 buffer solution and the medium of CTMAB. Its maximum absorption was at 550 nm,with the molar absorption as 4.96×10 4 L·mol -1 .cm -1 .Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~20 μg/ 25 mL. The method could be used in the determination of zinc in water to give satisfactory results.
