摘要
目的 研究新型局部化疗缓释剂盐酸阿霉素-P(DA-SA)共聚酸酐缓释片在脑胶质瘤治疗中的应用。方法 建立大鼠C_6脑胶质瘤皮下和颅内肿瘤模型,观察肿瘤生长情况及荷瘤大鼠存活时间。结果 缓释片在大鼠体内具有明显抗癌活性,空白片组、腹腔化疗组和缓释片组的中位生存期分别为18d、22d和46d,缓释片组较前两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 盐酸阿霉素-P(DA-SA)共聚酸酐缓释片局部化疗对大鼠C_6脑胶质瘤具有良好疗效,这为下一步临床研究提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of a newly developed sustained-release chemothreapeutic agent, adriamycin hydrochloride-P(DA-SA) wafer on the brain gliomas in rats. Methods The subcutaneous and intracranial C6 brain glioma models of rats were built up, and then the growth of the tumors and survival time of the rats were observed after the application of this chemotherapeutic agent. Results The anti-tumor activities of the newly developed chemotherapeutic agent were evident. The median survival time of the rats treated with this wafer was 46 days and that of the rats treated with the parent P(DA-SA) or intraperitoneal chemotherapy was only 18 days and 22 days respectively (P<0.05). Conclusions Adriamycin hydrochloride-P(DA-SA) sustained-release wafer had good therapeutic effects on the C6 gliomas in the rats.
