摘要
目的 研究山橘水提取物的化学成分。方法 硅胶柱层析分离 ,波谱法鉴定结构。结果 分离到 5个已知成分 ,分别为 :汉黄芩素 (Ⅰ )、香草酸 (Ⅱ )、山橘脂酸 (Ⅲ )、Glycoricacid(Ⅳ )和 4,4′ dihydroxy 3,3′ dimethoxy trans stilbene(Ⅴ )。 结论 5个化合物皆为首次从该植物中分到 ,也是第一次在该植物中发现木脂素和二苯乙烯类成分。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the chemical constituents of Glycosmis citrifolia (Willd.) Lindl. METHODS: Chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification, and the structures were identified by spectral analyses. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and identified as wogonin(I), vanillic acid(II), Glycosmisic acid[5-(2-carboxyvinyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3- (hydroxymethyl)-7-methoxy-2, 3-dihydrobenzofuran, III, Glycoric acid (IV) and 4, 4′-dihydroxy-3, 3′-dimethoxy-trans-stilbene(V). CONCLUSION: All of the five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
