气流粉碎法制备超细硅酸钙粒子的研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用超音速气流粉碎法进行硅酸钙的超细粉碎 ,借助激光粒度仪和TEM进行超细粒子粒径和形貌表征。得到了平均粒径 1 1μm、粒径分布 0 4~ 3μm、粒子大小形状基本一致的超细硅酸钙样品。研究表明 ,气流粉碎后的超细粒子易于形成软团聚 。 The ultra fine Calcium Silicate particles were prepared by airflow smash, ultra fine particles size and its shape were determined by LS230 laser granularity instrument and TEM. Calcium Silicate particles whose average size is about 1.1μm, particles size distributes between 0 4μm and 3μm, particles size and shape are consistent were gained. The results showed these ultra fine particles after airflow smashed are easy to form soft group, but they can be dispersed simply in the application.
