摘要
本文对平面流铸工艺快速凝固过程的数值模拟研究现状作了介绍。主要内容包括 :(1)对溶潭的形成及特征、平面流铸工艺参数对条带形成及质量的影响的数值模拟 (2 )结合快速凝固过程的形核和晶体生长的动力学特征对平面流铸凝固过程的数值模拟 (3)平面流铸过程界面传热系数的数值模拟。文章最后 。
In this paper, research progress on numerical simulation of planar flow casting procession is reviewed. Including:(1) the numerical simulation on the evolving and characteristics of puddle; the effects of technological parameters on ribbon forming and quality(2) the numerical simulation combining kinetic characteristics of nucleation and growth in the rapid solidification. (3) the numerical simulation on the heat transfer coefficient in the contact interface Finally, the future development direction on Numerical Simulation of Planar Flow Casting Procession is proposed.
