摘要
蓄冷设备在制冰过程中 ,随着结冰厚度的增加 ,热阻增大。为了分析结冰厚度对蓄冰装置的影响 ,以传热理论为基础 ,通过结冰末期的热阻与结冰一半时热阻的对比 ,分析了三种蓄冰装置受结冰厚度的影响程度 ,并对这三种蓄冰装置做出了评价。
