The purpose of this paper is to make an approach to the principles of the conformity of value consciousness and the formation of safety value orientation.The modes of the conformity of value consciousness and their principles of value interaction,value selfidentity,and value acclimation are analyzed,and the mode of the formation of value orientation and the course of interaction between culture mode and value orientation are discussed in the paper.
