Surgical treatment of 165 cases of peptic ulcer perforation in the aged

目的 探讨总结老年人消化性溃疡穿孔手术治疗的合适术式及体会。方法 统计分析16 5例老年人消化性溃疡穿孔的诊疗情况。结果 15 7例患者康复出院。 8例死亡 ( 4 .85 % ,8/ 16 5 ) ,分别死于中毒性休克 ,急性心、肾功能衰竭及术后大出血。结论 单纯穿孔修补术是老年人消化性溃疡穿孔的合适方法 ,在治疗溃疡穿孔的同时 ,要注意对心、肺、肝、肾功能的保护及对合并症的处理 ,这对减少并发症和病死率、提高治愈率必不可少。

Objective To investigate the suitable method for surgical treatment of peptic ulcer perforation in the elderly.Method To analyse statistically the treatment situation of 165 cases of peptic ulcer perforation in the elderly.Result 157 cases recovered.8 cases died(4.85%,8/165) of toxic shock,acute heart or renal failure and hemorrhage after operation respectively.Conclusion Simple perforation closure is asuitable method for peptic ulcer perforation in the aged,it is utmost important for decreasing complication and mortality and increasing cure rate to pay attention to protecting the functions of the heart,the lungs,the liver and the kidneys and to treating complications when ulcer perforation is treated.
