正常新生儿几种血清酶的参考值

Determination of values of serum enzymes in normal newborn infants

目的 探讨新生儿心肌酶的正常值。方法 采用IFCC速立法测定 10 2例正常新生儿的乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST)、肌酸激酶 (CK)。结果 不同日龄的新生儿心肌酶活性变化差异存在着显著性。结论 正常新生儿心肌酶活性较高 ,波动范围较宽 ,并随日龄增大而逐渐降低。

Objective Exploratory investigation of normal value of the neonate myocardial enzymes.Method To adopt IFCC to determine 102 normal neonates' lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartic aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK).Result Active variation of myocardial enzymes of different age of neonates has significant difference.Conclusion Activity of myocardial enzymes of neonates is high,and its fluctuation range is broad in normal neonates.Myocardial enzymes of normal neonates is gradually decreasing as their age increases.
