癌症患者化疗用药分析

Evaluation of the Reasonability of the Drugs for Chemotherapy of the Hospitalized Patients

目的 :了解黄山市人民医院住院癌症患者化疗药物的选用情况 ,评估使用的合理性。方法 :查阅住院化疗 30 3例患者的处方及病历 ,包括病情、体表面积、化疗药物的名称、剂量、用法、使用途径、使用时间、总用药量及合理性。结果 :注射剂 18种 ,口服制剂 5种 ;注射给药合计 1718d ,口服 86 7d ,灌注 49d ;剂量过大者 2种。结论

Objective:To evaluate the reasonability of chemotherapy drugs prescribed to the hospitalized patients. Methods:Prescriptions for chemotherapy drugs for 303 inpatients hospitalized during the period of January 1 to August 31, 2000 were studied, in respect to the names, doses, methods of administrations, time of use, total doses of the drugs as well as the severity of the disease and the body area of the patients. Results:It was found that there were 18 types of chemotherapy drugs for injection and 5 for oral intake used in this hospital. The time of use for injection is 1718 days, while for oral intake 867 days and for infusion 49 days. 2 types of drugs were used in excessive doses. Conclusion: Most of the chemotherapy drugs were used reasonably.
