颈前路带锁钢板应用的初探

Application of anterior cervical locking plate:A preliminary report.

目的 :观察颈前路带锁钢板在颈椎疾患前路手术中的应用价值。方法 :1 8例颈椎疾患的病人 ,其中多节段脊髓型颈椎病患者 1 1例 ,颈椎骨折脱位患者 7例 ,均行颈前路椎体次全切除颈髓减压 ,植骨 ,带锁钢板内固定术 ,并进行 4～ 2 6个月的随访。结果 :所有病例均达到骨性愈合 ,颈椎恢复良好生理曲线及椎间高度 ,所有病人神经症状无 1例加重 ,无螺钉松动及钢板滑脱。结论 :颈前路带锁钢板在颈椎疾患的应用有利于颈椎稳定性的重建 ,有利于椎间高度及生理曲线的恢复 。

Objective:To study the value of clinical application of locking plate in anterior cervical surgery.Methods:18 patients of cervical diseases were analyzeel,11 of 18 suffered from multisegmental cerrical spondylotic myeolopathy,7 of 18 had cervical fracture-dislocation.All cases were operated upon by anterior decompression,bone grafting,fixation of interlocked plate,and all cases had been followed-up for an average of 4-26 months.Results:Complete fusion of bone,better cervical alignment and height of disc space were observed in all cases.Nervous complaints of all patients were alleviated to some extent,without screw loosening and plate sliding ent.Conclusions:It is favourable for the reconstruction of cervical stabilization,cervical alignment to apply anterior cervical locking plate,and also has important value for treatment of cervical diseases.
