摘要
本研究建立了唾液睾酮（ＳＴ）的ＩＥＭＡ（磁性微粒分离的酶联免疫）测定法。结果：平均回收率为９２．３５％，重复试验平均变异系数＜５％，血清睾酮（Ｔ）与唾液Ｔ相关系数为：男ｒ＝０．８５２，Ｐ＜０．００１，女ｒ＝０．９０２，Ｐ＜０．００１，与其它测定唾液Ｔ方法的结果相符。本研究提示唾液Ｔ浓度可反映血浆游离Ｔ水平，在临床和体育研究中有实际应用价值。
In this study , IEMA method is used to measure salivary testosterone (SI). The results show that the average rate of reclamation is 92.35% the average variation coefficient of the duplicate is < 5%; the relative coefficient of blood T and ST is r=O.852 (P<O.OO1) for male and r=O.902 (P<O.OO1) for female. The results are similar to that from the other methods of measuring ST. The ST measurement in this study can proof the free T?s level of blood. The IEMA technique is better than the other methods and is valuable in the clinical and sports research.
