摘要目的：研究腰部生理弯曲变直时腰椎间盘髓核内压的变化。方法：腰椎标本固定于生物力学材料实验机上，模拟腰曲变直的动作，用压力传感器测量髓核内压的变化情况。结果：髓核内压变化情况为Ｌ３～４升高０．４２±０．２６ｋＰａ，Ｌ４～５升高０．８２±０．８４ｋＰａＬ５～Ｓ１升高１．６５±１．９３ｋＰａ。
