儿童感染性心内膜炎
摘要
儿童感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）是一种较为罕见的且与先天性心脏病相关的疾病。血流动力学改变造成内皮损伤及菌血症的发生导致了ＩＥ，怀疑ＩＥ时应进行血培养及超声心动图检查以明确诊断。ＩＥ需联合应用杀菌类抗生素治疗，对有手术适应证的患者需及时手术。具有高危因素的患儿进行侵入性操作前采取预防性的药物治疗，将减少ＩＥ的发生。
