糖尿病母亲婴儿的研究进展 被引量:19

摘要 研究发现,糖尿病母亲巨大儿脐血胰岛素样生长因子、瘦素(leptin)水平显著升高,母亲糖基化血红蛋白明显升高,且三者之间具有一定关系,推测与巨大儿的发病机制有关。糖尿病相关抗体对胎儿的影响可持续到生后很长的一段时间。婴儿糖及脂蛋白代谢异常是日后并发糖尿病及肥胖症的基础。糖尿病母亲的高血糖具有致畸效应,并会导致胎儿脑损伤,并发先天畸形及神经精神发育的异常。母亲孕期血糖的有效控制,可使各种并发症大大减少。
