儿童腹膜透析研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 近几年来儿童腹膜透析(PD)的理论研究和临床应用都有较大进步。双袋PD系统及腹膜透析机的应用使操作更简便,感染机会减少,儿童更易接受;PD液生物相容性研究及配方的改进保护了腹膜的免疫力,延缓了腹膜硬化的发生;腹膜通透性的评价及PD方案的选择提高了透析效率;PD充分性监测及儿童PD并发症防治的研究改善了患儿的生活质量,减轻了疾病对儿童生长发育的影响。
