摘要 目的 :研究 3 磷酸甘油醛脱氢酶的修饰蛋白 (modifierprotein ,MP)对急性肾功能衰竭 (acuterenalfail ure ,ARF)大鼠丙二醛 (malondialdehyde ,MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase,SOD)的影响。 方法 :利用庆大霉素致ARF的动物模型 ,将大鼠随机分成 4组 :正常对照组、阴性对照组、阳性对照组和实验组 ,采用硫代巴比妥酸法和羟胺法分别测定血清及肾皮质匀浆MDA和SOD ,光镜、电镜观察肾组织学改变 ,同时测定血肌酐(Scr)。结果 :实验组、阳性对照组血清及肾皮质匀浆MDA明显下降 ,SOD明显上升 ,P <0 .0 1。同时Scr下降。光镜、电镜示实验组、阳性对照组肾脏病理仅呈灶状改变。比阴性对照组减轻。结论 :MP可以缓解氧自由基损伤 ,减轻ARF时的肾脏病理改变 。 Objective: Our aim was to observe the effect of the modifier protein (MP) of glyceraldehyde 3 phosphate dehydrogenase (G3PD) on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in rats with acute renal failure (ARF). Methods: Animal models of ARF were induced by gentamycin. SD rats were divided randomly into 4 groups: normal group, negative control group, positive control group, and experimental group. The Scr, MDA, and SOD of serum and renal tissues were measured. The kidney was observed by li ght and electron microscopy histologically. Results: The contents of MDA in the experimental and the positive control groups were lower than that in the negative control one, and the SOD were higher (P<0.01). Meanwhile, Scr reduced. The light and electron microscopy showed only focal pathological changes which were less in the experimental and the positive control groups than that in the negative control group. Conclusion: The MP can attenuate injury of oxygen free radicals, lighten renal pathological changes in ARF, and recover the renal function.
