摘要 Ⅳ型胶原酶是一类在肿瘤的生长、向远端侵袭和转移过程发挥重要作用的基质金属蛋白酶 ,本文就Ⅳ型胶原酶的结构 ,活性调节及其与信号传导 ,肿瘤侵袭和转移 。
