脂酶的医学研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 脂酶是由 44 9个氨基酸残基组成的单链糖蛋白 ,分子量为 46 0 0 0 5 6 0 0 0D。脂酶存在于胰、小肠和多种其它组织中。胰腺组织中的脂酶浓度是血清中的 5 0 0 80 0倍。脂酶的最适合pH在 7.410 .0之间 ,等电点 pI由于酶的形式不同有5 .80 ,5 .85几种。电泳分析证实正常血清中脂酶分为两个同工酶带 ,胰腺炎时则可分为四个同工酶带。脂酶的测定可采用光电比色、比浊、免疫和荧光测定等多种测定方法 ,目前各种测定方法的灵敏度都较高 ,而特异性的变化则较大。目前脂酶已广泛应用于急性胰腺炎的诊断 ,而脂酶的升高亦据报道与癌症。
