This paper discussed how to develop the dispatching switch based on CTI.It used the Harris dispatching switch as example to introduce the structure of its hardware and software and the process of calling.It also analyzed how to implement those functions of dispatching system.In the end,this paper compared the system based on CTI with the traditional one.So we can see the advantages of CTI distinctly.
