摘要
对R型铁心卷绕机床的纠偏控制系统进行了研究,开发出了一种新型控制硅钢带跑偏的纠偏装置。论述了纠偏装置对硅钢带偏移量的影响,提出了数学模型,并在R型铁心数控卷绕机的控制系统中加以应用。
The deviation-correcting control system in the winder for R-core is researched.Anew deviation-correcting device to control deviation of the silicon steel belt is presented.Theinfluence of the deviation-correcting device on the deviation of the silicom steel belt is dis-cussed. The mathematical model is given and is used in the control system of the digital con-trol winder for R-core.
