摘要
通过循环富集法筛得多效唑高效降解菌—假单胞杆菌和芽孢杆菌 ;通过研究环境条件对降解菌降解效果的影响发现 :在液体无菌培养基中振荡 35d多效唑自然降解率达98.7%。在液体有菌培养基中振荡 35d多效唑降解率达 99.8%。混合菌群能彻底降解多效唑产生CO2 。建立了受多效唑污染土壤的再生修复技术 :投放降解菌、勤松土少积水、多光照多通气 ,35d土壤中多效唑的降解效果达 86.2 % ,土壤中微生物含量恢复到正常值的 89%。
The high efficiency degrading bacteria ?Pseudomonas ?and ?Bacillus? were obtained by circulation culture. The conditions that influence degradative efficiency were studied. 98.7%?1/4HT?1/2 of pacloutrazol can be degraded naturally in sterile medium under vibration condition 99.8%?1/4HT?1/2 of pacloutrazol can be degraded by degrading bacteria. Pacloutrazol can be degraded down to CO 2 by mixed degrading bacteria. If plenty of oxygen and light are adsorbed by soil, after 35d about 86.2%?1/4HT?1/2 of pacloutrazol can be degraded and biomass can reach 89%?1/4HT?1/2 of general level in soil.
