摘要
以 6 0头“杜长嘉”断奶仔猪为研究对象 ,研究了大麦日粮中添加 NSP复合酶制剂对仔猪胰脏和小肠消化酶活性的影响。结果表明 :添加 NSP酶不影响仔猪胰脏中总蛋白水解酶、胰蛋白酶、糜蛋白酶、胰淀粉酶和胰脂肪酶活性 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;十二指肠内容物中总蛋白水解酶、胰蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性分别降低 5 4 .6 8% (P<0 .0 5 )、6 6 .10 % (P<0 .0 1)、78.90 % (P<0 .0 1)和 6 2 .34% (P<0 .0 5 ) ;空肠粘膜中麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶、乳糖酶和γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性分别提高 38.4 6 % (P<0 .0 5 )、4 0 .0 0 % (P<0 .0 1)、2 4 2 .70 %和 117.6 2 % (P<0 .0 1)
Sixty piglets(Duroc×Yorkshire×Jia) were used to study the effects of adding NSP enzymes(including β glucanase,xylanase and cellulase) to barley based diets on digestive enzyme activity of piglets.The results of trial showed that there were no difference of digestive enzyme activities in pancreas.Adding NSP enzymes decreased the activities of proteolytic enzyme、trypsin、amylase and lipase in duodenal contents by 54 68%( P <0 05),66 10%( P <0 01),78 90%( P <0 01) and 62 34%( P <0 05) compared to Control.The activities of maltase、sucrase、lactase and γ GT in jejunal mucosa increased by 38 46%( P <0 05),40 00%( P <0 01),242 70% and 117 62%( P <0 01).
