摘要
连续两年 (1999~ 2 0 0 0年 )在肥力中等的轻质砂壤土中 ,对玉米联合固氮工程菌 UB37和野生菌 UB1进行了玉米小区田间接种试验。试验结果表明 :在不同水平氮肥的条件下 ,接种工程菌比接种野生菌和不接菌的对照都有不同程度的增产。特别是在施 N水平为尿素 180 kg/hm2 的试验田中 ,接种工程菌比接种野生菌平均增产 10 % ,比不接菌对照平均增产 19% ,生物统计差异显著 (P=0 .0 5 )。在尿素 180 kg/ hm2条件下接种工程菌的玉米产量与在尿素 2 2 5 kg/hm2 下接种工程菌的产量相当 ,既可节省 2 0 %氮肥 ,又可达到增产
Field plant inoculating experiments with Azospirillum brasilense UB37(nifA c\ draT)were carried out over two years in the sabulous soil. The results showed that at 3 different levels of urea, the UB37 inoculants increased maize yield than the wild type UB1 inoculants and no bacteria control. It is worth to point out that at 180 kg/hm 2 of urea the UB37 inoculants increased 10.3% and 18.7% of maize yields respectively compared with the UB1 inolulants and no bacteria inoluclants. The differences were statistically significant (P=0.05). The maize yield produced by inoculating UB37 at 180 kg/hm 2 of urea was nearly equal to the yield produced by inoculating UB37 at 225 kg/hm 2 of urea. It means that 20% of nitrogen fertilizer would be saved for maize production by UB37 inoculation.
