摘要
论述了工艺过程设计中工序尺寸公差的初拟及其调整问题,并对此建立了通用算法.针对目前计算机辅助工序尺寸计算中公差校核、工序尺寸公差调整等关键问题,提出了“高精度优先保证”公差调整原则,为解算工艺尺寸链提供了一个经济合理确定工序公差的新途径。
Being one of the most important subjects in technological process design, calculation of technological dimensional chain constitutes a significant part in computer aided process planning(CAPP). Briefly introducing the method of establishing and solving dimensional chains and giving emphasis on the discussion of preliminary assignment of operational dimension tolerance and its adjustment, this paper puts forward the principle of'giving priority to guaranteeing high accuracy' in the adjustment, which makes the method of determining operational tolerance more perfect and makes the results of adjustment more economical and reasonable. The complete calculation of technological dimensional chain given in this paper is a sub-module of SJYCAPP-Ⅱ System developed by the author, which can be applied as an independent subroutine as well.
