摘要
作为技术创新与金融创新的产物,风险投资有其独特的运行机制。风险投资的运行机制主要是针对新生高新技术企业的信息不对称和信息不完全而发展起来的。为促进我国风险投资业的顺利发展,必须对我国现行的企业法律制度、税法、证券法等进行调整。
As an outcome of technological and financial innovations,risk investment has unique operation mechanism. The operation mechanism of risk investment is mainly developed as a response to information asymmetry and incompleteness of newborn high-tech enterprises. It is necessary that China's current legal institutions of enterprises,tax law,securities law be adjusted in order to promote the smooth development of risk investments in China.
