摘要
目的 应用MF 2消毒剂 ,测定其对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)和对 0 2菌的杀灭率。为饮用水消毒提供理论依据。方法 按照卫生部消毒技术规范中 ,定性消毒实验和定量消毒实验的方法进行。结果 MF 2消毒剂对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的标准菌株和临床分离菌株的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)均为 10 -5~ 10 -6。其 5 0 0倍和 10 0 0倍稀释液对 0 2菌作用 5min的杀灭率均达 10 0 %。结论 结果表明MF 2消毒剂可试用于野战等自然水源的饮水消毒和疫情爆发区水源中 0
Aim To provide theoretic evidence of MF 2 disinfectant disinfecting drinkable water,we determined MIC of MF 2 disinfectant on E.coli strain, Staph.Aaureus,P.aeruginosa strain and cholera germ.Methods The qualitative and quantitative disinfection tests are accorded with the disinfection technology standard of the Sanitation Department.Results The MIC of MF 2 disinfectant to E.Coli standard strain,Staph Aaureus,P.aeruginosa standard strain was 10 -5 ~10 -6 .The 500 and 1000 dilution of MF 2 could kill cholera germ completely in 5minutes.Conclusion The results prove that MF 2 disinfectant are applicable for disinfection of drinkable water in the nature and cholera germ in the area with epidemic disease.
