摘要
用脉搏血氧饱和度仪观察了 16 0例小儿腭裂修复术后低氧血症的发生率及特点 ,发现有 40 .6 %的病例发生了低氧血症 ,而且大部分发生在术后 30 min内。及时氧疗并保持呼吸道通畅是预防和纠正术后低氧血症的关键。
Incidence and characters of postoperative hypoxemia (HO) in 160 children undergoing cleft palate repair were observed using pulse-oximeter. The incidence of HO is 46% and HO often occurred within 30 minutes after operation. Oxygen therapy and keeping respiratory tract unobstructed were important measures for preventing and correcting postoperative HO.
