摘要
笔者通过对 70例患者采用短程三联疗法 (兰素拉唑 +克拉霉素 +阿莫西林 )治疗消化性溃疡 (PU)的观察及护理 ,针对偶见病人出现恶心、腹泻、便秘、喉痛、皮疹、真菌感染等症状 ,认为密切观察用药反应、认真做好病人的心理护理、饮食调护、健康教育、出院指导是确保其治疗效果和减少其副作用的关键。
In this paper, the author observed and nursed 70 peptic ulcer patients treated with short-term three-united therapy, aiming at such accidental symptoms as nausea, diarrhea, astriction, throat ache, erythra, mycocotic infection. It is suggestive that the key to ensure the curative effects and lessen the side effects exist in closely-observed medication reactions, psychological nursing, diet, health education and discharging guidance.
