摘要
对远心光路中由于孔径光阑位置离焦和接收器检测中心偏心所产生的对准误差导出了误差计算公式并进行了分析,据此提出了消除误差的措施和光学调整的方法。
In this paper the alignment crror proceed from position of aperture diaphragm away focal plane and off—axis of receiver check center in telecentric system are analysed, the calculative formula with relation to it is derived, measure of eliminating error and means of optical abjustment are presented.
