护理纠纷的常见起因及防范处理

Common causes and prevention of nursing disputes

当前护理纠纷日趋增多 ,而且处理的难度越来越大 ,成为临床护理人员和护理管理人员工作难点之一。为此 ,我们分析了多年来工作中的护理纠纷案例 ,总结出护理纠纷常见的原因 :由医疗纠纷转至对护理工作不满 ;护理人员自身素质较差所致的纠纷 ;病人及家属对医疗知识缺乏所致的误会。提出护理纠纷的防范及处理措施 ;强化护理人员的服务观念 ;提高护理人员业务水平 ;加强规章制度落实 ;把握护理纠纷处理有关技巧。

With the increase of nursing disputes and difficulty in coping with them, the problem becomes key concern of nursing administrators. In this paper, the common causes of nursing disputes were summed up, by analyzing the cases of disputes in the hospital. The nursing disputes mainly appeared from the dissatisfaction with nursing preliminarily caused by medical disputes, from poor quality of nursing clerk and from patients' and their relatives' lack of medical knowledge. The preventive measures were put forward to deal with the disputes, including strengthening the service consciousness of the nursing clerk, improving their professional level, enhancing the implementation of rules and regulations and grasping the techniques in dealing with the nursing disputes.
