米糠多糖与环磷酰胺联合抗肿瘤作用的免疫药理学机制研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 研究米糠多糖 (RiceBranPolysaccharide ,RBS)与环磷酰胺联合治疗对接种Meth -A纤维肉瘤Balb/c纯系小鼠的抑瘤作用 ,以及以T细胞为主的细胞免疫学机制。方法 实验设立RBS ,环磷酰胺单用组 ,联合用药组和空白对照组。比较各组小鼠的肿瘤生长情况 ,外周血T细胞的比例数目 ,脾脏T细胞对基因重组人白介素 - 2 (hIL - 2 ) ,刀豆素A(ConA)刺激的反应 ,以及用流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群的比例。结果 RBS与环磷酰胺联合用药组的抑瘤率最高。联合用药组小鼠外周血T细胞的比例数目 ,脾脏T细胞对hIL - 2 ,ConA刺激引起的增殖反应均明显升高 ;流式细胞仪检测T细胞亚群Lyt2 + ,L3T4+ 也能较长时间地维持适当的比例。结论 RBS与环磷酰胺联合用药明显提高抗肿瘤作用。 Aim To investigate the effects of co administration of Rice Bran Polysaccharide(RBS) and Cyclophosphamide(CTX) on angmented anti tumor in (against Meth A) in Meth A tumor bearing Balb/c mice (significantly augment the anti tumor effect against Meth A), and T cell immunity in tumor bearing mice of various treatment groups. Methods Experiments about Tumor size and T cell immunity of different treatment tumor bearing mice groups were carried out. Results It was found that compared to the other groups, Mice treated with both RBS and CTX had the highest number of T cell in peripheral blood, and the most enhanced proliferation responses of spleen cells to hIL 2 and ConA. Co administration of RBS and CTX could help to keep the normal level of Lyt2 + and L3T4 + T cells for a longer time than the other groups. Conclusion All results showed that the augmented anti tumor activity mainly contribute to the effect of both RBS and CTX to maintain or raise T cell immunity activity of tumor bearing mice.
