领导群体结构要素及效能研究

Study on Structural Elements and Efficacy of Leader Colony

建立了企业系统领导群体结构层次模型及效能评价指标体系 ,应用层次分析法 (AHP)对层次结构模型进行要素分析 ,得出了企业系统结构效能评价指标体系要素的权重分配 ,提出了基于AHP和灰色系统理论相融合的领导群体结构效能评估模型 ,并应用该模型对某大型企业系统领导群体结构进行实例分析 。

The hierarchy structural model and index system for appraising efficacy of leader colony of the enterprise system,are established.And element analysis for the hierarchy structural model is carried out by using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP).Then the weight distribution of elements of index system for evaluating structural efficacy of enterprise system,is obtained.A model for evaluating structural efficacy of leader colony is proposed based on AHP and gray system theory.An example analysis of a certain large sized enterprise's leader colony structure is carried out by using this model so as to obtain its integrated efficacy.
