摘要
采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计 ,对南联盟泽蒙玉米研究所提供的 10份玉米自交系的单株粒重等 9个数量性状配合力进行了分析。结果表明 ,所测各性状配合力在ZP自交系间存在极显著差异。其中 ,ZPL10、ZPL0 9、ZPL0 8、ZPL0 4单株粒重GCA显著或极显著高于P1组亲本系平均值 ,可以直接应用于玉米育种。研究结果还表明 ,ZP自交系与黄早 4类群自交系、旅大红骨类群自交系之间有较强的杂种优势。
Using NCⅡ design,10 maize inbred-lines from Yugoslavia were tested for 9 characters in 2000.The result showed that there were significant differences among combining ability of ZP inbred-lines.The estimates of GCA for grain weight per plant of ZPL10,ZPL09,ZPL08,ZPL04 were significantly higher than that of average of P1.They should be used for maize breeding.There was higher heterosis among ZP inbred-lines,Huangzao 4 group and Ludahonggu group.
