摘要
职务发明创造非职务化 ,是单位甚至国有专利权流失的一条重要途径。本文比较系统地探讨了职务发明创造非职务化的表现形式 ,分析了导致职务发明创造非职务化的原因 。
The drain of service invention is an important way of the drain of employer's or national patent right. This paper explores the forms of the service invention drain systematically and analyses its causes, finally points out the policies of the service invention drain.
