摘要
山西的专利工作取得了一定的成绩 ,但与全国相比还有较大差距。从加强专利保护意识 ,建立和完善专利管理机构 ,加强执法力度 ,建立合理的分配机制 4个方面提出了加强专利工作 。
The patent work achieves great successes in Shanxi, compared with the whole nation, it exists bigger differences. We should strengthen patent work to promote sci-tech innovation of Shanxi from four aspects of strengthening patent protecting awareness, establishing and perfecting patent management organization, enhancing the dynamics of enforcing the law, establishing rational disposition system.
