美式箱变是在吸收国外先进技术基础上发展起来的 ,用以取代传统变电室的一种新型供电系统。通过叙述美式箱变在太原汾河公园的应用实例 。

On the basis of the overseas advanced technology, American Trunk Transformer is developed, it is a new pattern of power supply s ystem which will replace the traditional transformer substation. This paper gives an example for the application of American Trunk Transformer in the Taiyuan Fenhe River Garden. It provides a proof that the American Trunk Transformer should be more spread and applied.
