摘要
运用管理心理学的理论 ,对维持性领导模式和激励性领导模式进行了分析 ,并指出这两种领导模式的利弊得失 ,为管理者正确实施领导职能提供参考 ;在此基础上 。
Based upon the theory of management psychology, an analysis is made about two models of leadership: the maintenance style and motivation style. The advantages and disadvantages are discussed in detail so as to provide valuable suggestion for management. Furthermore, the writer explores how to realize organic combination of the two styles of leadership.
