Some Ideas about Promoting the Development of Small Township Enterprises

乡镇企业是我国农村经济的主体力量和国民经济的重要支柱。但面对 2 1世纪经济全球化和市场一体化进程的加快及我国即将加入WTO ,乡镇企业的发展 ,面临着机遇和挑战。在对乡镇企业发展现状进行分析的基础上 ,指出应确定乡镇企业在经济发展中的战略地位 ;改革和完善乡镇企业产权制度和经营体制 ;提高乡镇企业的管理水平 ;开发高新技术产品等 。

Small township enterprises are the main force of the rural economy and the important pillar of the national economy in our country. But in the face of the acceleration of economic globlization and the unity of market in the 21st century and the fact that we will join the WTO, small township enterprises will be faced with opportunities and challenges. In this paper, some questions about estalishing the strategic position in the economic development, reforming and perfecting the system of ownership and management improving the management level and developing the products of high and new technology are discussed.
