摘要
高校学生伙食工作 ,是高校后勤管理工作的中心。加强高校学生伙食的管理 ,要制定科学、合理的管理目标。指出应按照大学生每天主要营养指标确定高校学生伙食工作管理目标 ,制定切实可行的具体实施办法 ,各个环节入手 ,制定规章制度 ,保证管理目标的实现。加强控制与监督 ,是保证管理工作不偏离目标方向的重要手段。
In market economy, operation entities such as university enterprises and logistics managements should be done on the basis of scientific management, and to enforce it, which should have reasonable aims and serve students well. Handling the board catering for university students is the focus in the work of rear service. The aims, mentioned here are very specific, scientific as well as accordant with the target of university development. To reach the aims, various regulations and systems are needed to setup. To exert control and supervision will be the chief means to ensure the aims not drifting off the course.
