摘要
本文首次提出适度信息化的概念 ,并从经济学的角度 ,结合信息化实施的经验和教训 ,分析了非适度信息化的原因、指出适度信息化的必要性以及实现适度信息化的策略。
The concept of moderate Informationization was firstly proposed in the paper.Combining the experiments of informationization implementation and the failure cases, the causes of immoderate informationization were analyzed from the viewpoint of economist, and the necessity and the strategy of realizing moderate informationization were pointed out?
