摘要
在信息社会技术创新对企业和国家经济的发展担负着重要的历史责任 ,信息时代以高新技术产业为第一产业支柱。论文对已有技术创新动力机制进行探讨 ,结合高新技术中小企业技术创新的特点 ,分析了高新技术中小企业技术创新的优劣势 ,以及高新技术中小企业技术创新的动力。提出了信息社会高新技术中小企业技术创新的动力机制。
In the information society, technical innovation is important historical responsibility for the economic development of enterprises and nations. The high tech industry is the support of first industry in the information time. In the first, I discuss the existed power mechanism of technical innovation. Combining with the character of high tech of medium & small enterprise' technical innovation, this paper also analyzes high tech of medium and small enterprise in the good inferior position of the technical innovation of information society, as well as the power of the technical innovation of high tech of medium and small enterprise. A last, I present a power machinist model of the high tech medium & small enterprise' technical innovation.
