本文从优化成都市信息产业布局与结构的角度 ,通过分析成都东郊电子工业的历史与优势 ,对政府盘活成都东郊电子工业老区资源的举措进行了分析 ,并通过亚光电子厂、锦江电机厂、成都新兴仪器厂实施改革 ,初步摆脱困境的实践 ,展示了盘活成都东郊电子工业老区资源 。

With an attempt to optimize the layout and structure of the information industry of Chengdu,this paper analyses the history and advantages of the electronic industry in the eastern suburb of Chengdu and studies the measures to make use of the resources of the electronic industry in the eastern suburb of Chengdu.Also,this paper discusses the practice of Yaguang Electronics Factory,Jingjiang Electic Machinery Factory,and Chengdu Xingxing Instrument Factory to implement reforms and get out of the dilemma,thus revealing the prospect of activating the resources of the resources of the electronic industry in the eastern suburb and promoting the development of the electronic industry of Chengdu.
