高校德育现状与创新发展思考

Approaches to and Innovation of Moral Education in Colleges and Universities

分析了我国高校德育的现状及问题产生的原因，从社会可持续发展的角度阐述了２１世纪我国高校德育的重大意义，进而提出德育创新与发展的思路，即确定现代化的德育观念，设计渐进式的德育内容，坚持生活化的德育价值取向，构建个性化的德育模式，创立科学化的德育方法，构建健全的德育管理体系，建立完善的德育网络。面向新的世纪，还需要继续探索高校德育适应社会发展的特点和规律，深入探讨高校德育的内在规律，进行古今中外的综合比较研究，完善高校德育的理论体系。

Based on the analysis of the present condition of Moral Education in colleges and universities, this paper points out the importance of Moral Education and presents a tentative study of the approaches to and innovation of Moral Education for the following aspects: establishing a modern view of Moral Education, designing a progressive way of Moral Education, setting up a personal and scientific pattern of Moral Education, and building up a sound system and a perfect net of Moral Education. Facing the 21st century, we need to further study the way and rule of Moral Education and perfect the theoretic system of Moral Education on the basis of a historical and universal study of Moral Education.
