杨树苗木C^(14)光合产物的运转及分布

摘要 本文研究了10种杨树无性系苗木 C^(14)光合产物的运转和分布,结果表明:当标记 LPI7的叶片时,C^(14)光合产物同时向上和向下运输;向上运转的大部分分布于叶中,向下运转的分布于茎中;在个体发育的前期,向上运转的比例较大,后期正好相反,比较不同无性系间的差异,未发现有规律性变化。 Study on the translocation and distribution of photosynthat C^(14) showed that photosynthat flowed upward and downward simultaneously in traced leaves LPI7.Photosynthat translocated upward was primarily co- ncentrated in leaves and apex,while the downward was incorporated into stem.The amount of upward translocation is larger in the early stage and is smaller in the latter stage.The difference among the clones studied was not significant.
