本试验对15～17月龄的3头西杂一代公牛和3头本地公牛进行153d的育肥。西杂一代公牛日增重821.57g,屠宰率53.1%,净肉率42.5%;本地公牛日增重495.42g,屠宰率47.5%,净肉率37.4%。西杂一代公牛比本地公牛日增重提高65.8%,屠宰率和净肉率分别提高5.6和5.1百分点。

Three native cattle and three crossbreds of simmental ×native cattle in15to17month are selected for fattening for153days.Average daily gain,dressing percentage and meat percentage of crossbreds are821.57g,53.1%and42.5%respectively.Average daily gain,dressing percentage and meat percentage of native cattle are495.42g,47.5%and37.4%respectively.
