摘要
采用超声波萃取法 ,从胡桃科植物青钱柳中提取一种具有降血糖活性的多糖复合物 ,提取物得率为9.6 %。用四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠模型验证了青钱柳多糖的生物活性 ,ig青钱柳提取物 4周后 ,小鼠血糖值比糖尿病模型组降低了 41.3 %。葡萄糖耐量实验表明
A hyperglycemia animal model was successfully established by treating normal Kunming mice with alloxan(ig). These mice were orally administrated by the polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal.) Iljinsk (CPs), which was extracted by ultrasonic method. The extract is brown with the yield of 9.6% . It was demonstrated that the extract is able to significantly reduce the fasting serum glucose in alloxan diabetic mice by 41.3%. The capability of glucose tolerance is improved by the polysaccharide ideally.
