毛竹枯梢病病原菌产毒条件及其对植物的影响 被引量:11

摘要 从患毛竹枯梢病病竹上分离出 9个菌株 ,其培养滤液对高粱、玉米、水稻的胚根、胚芽均有一定的抑制作用 ,而且其毒素对各作物胚根的抑制作用大于对胚芽的抑制作用 ;毒素对油菜的胚芽、胚根没有抑制作用 ,而高粱较其他几种作物对该病原菌的毒素更敏感 .接种毛竹也可产生典型的症状 ,证明该病原菌可产生一种毒素 .PSB培养液适于菌株生长 ,而改良 Fries培养液适于毒素的产生 .适于菌株生长和产毒的温度为 2 5℃ ,p H值为 6 .通气有利于毒素的产生 ,但对菌株生长影响不明显 .用改良 Fries培养液培养的菌株在第 10天出现生长高峰 ,在第 12天产毒最多 .光照处理对菌株生长影响很小 ,但在连续黑暗条件下 ,有利于产毒 . Nine isolates were separated from bamboo with Ceratosphaeria phyllostachdis.The culture filtrate had inhibition on the plumules and radicles of Chinese sorghum,maize and rice to a certain degree, and the toxin had more inhibition on radicles than on plumnles,but no inhibition on radicles and plumules of rape. Maize was more sensitive to the toxin than the other crops were. Mao bamboo inoculated with culture filtrate had typical symptom, which showed that the pathogen produced a toxin.PSB culture filtrate was suitable for isolate growth and the modified Fries was suitable for toxin production.The optimum temperature and pH value of isolate growth and toxin production were 25 ℃ and pH 6 respectively.Aeration is beneficial to toxin production and had no significant effects on isolate growth.The isolate growth peak appeared on the 10 th day after cultivation and the most toxin was produced on the 12 th day.Light treatment had no effect on toxin production,but successive darkness for 24 h increased toxin production.
