摘要
通过在纺纱工艺流程中 ,出现的影响纺纱质量的关键问题 ,运用扭振的原理发现 ,由于罗拉的扭振 ,使罗拉尾端出现时快、时慢、时转、时停的现象 ,从而造成了牵伸倍数的变化 ,进而采取措施 ,控制罗拉的长径比 ,总压力 ,摩擦力矩等参数 ,提高了纺纱质量。通过实践证明 。
We found the most important problem that influenced spinning quality in the spinning technics by the theory of twisting vibration of roller spindle. We found that the roller spindle empennage would appear as rapidness or tardiness sometimes and rotating or stopping sometimes. So it made diploid change at fine drawing. Then we took two measures to control the roller parameters, such as ratio of length to diameter, total pressure, moment of friction, etc. Thus the quality of product was improved. Practice proved the method scientific and rational.
