THE DISTRIBUTION OF THE POLYMORPHISM OF ACE GENE IN EWENKI

目的 :研究鄂温克族血管紧张素转化酶 (ACE)基因多态性。方法 :采集 6 4例健康鄂温克族成人外周血 ,提取DNA ,用PCR法检测ACE基因多态性。结果 :鄂温克族基因型频率为DI 70 3 % ,DD 2 1 9% ,II7 8%。结论

Objective:To analyse the polymorphism of ACE gene in Ewenki. Methods: The insertion/deletion polymorphism at intron 16 of ACE gene was typed in 64 Ewenki by PCR. Results:In Ewenki population the distribution of frequency of ACE I/D genotype was separated DI 70.3%, DD 21.9%,II7.8%. Conclusion:The genotype of Ewenki were compared with genotype of Hans which have been reported, showing a significant difference.
